Creativity - Chef Jyoti Jain draws inspiration from her culinary roots in India. She seamlessly blends traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques with contemporary californian cuisine. Inspiration for her recipes is a combination of something that she has read, a new groovy ingredient, a meal she enjoyed at a new hotspot or the memory of a traditional Indian family classic.
Ingredients - You are what you eat! Today that is more true than ever. We do not believe in shortcuts. We freshly ground our spices in small batches. The whole spices are first laboriously roasted, then house-ground and lastly hand sifted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Our breads are hand-rolled and prepared fresh for your event. Wherever possible we use heart friendly olive oil for our cooking. We focus on using fresh seasonal locally grown, all natural, hormone free, preservative and additive free foods that are nutritious and healthful.
Our Personal Chef services menu has a variety of menu items including dishes that are Low-Fat, Low-Carb, and Kids-friendly.
